To develop skills regarding the drafting of the necessary documents that should be prepared in share pledges (notice, memorandum of pledge, certificate).
To develop skills regarding the correct drafting of the HE24E form for registration with the Registrar of Companies.
To develop skills regarding the process of enforcing a pledge.
To develop skills regarding the handling and guidance of their client in cases of priority of one charge over other charges.
To develop skills regarding the drafting of the deliverables that should be prepared.
