  • To develop skills regarding the drafting of the necessary documents that should be prepared in share pledges (notice, memorandum of pledge, certificate).
  • To develop skills regarding the correct drafting of the HE24E form for registration with the Registrar of Companies.
  • To develop skills regarding the process of enforcing a pledge.
  • To develop skills regarding the handling and guidance of their client in cases of priority of one charge over other charges.
  • To develop skills regarding the drafting of the deliverables that should be prepared.
