I have attended the seminar recently. I can recommend it to anyone who is interested to boost their expertise in legal corporate. Mrs. Georgia, was patiently advising us with any questions that we had, no matter how complicated they were. She was providing us with several case scenarios and was explaining the whole processes with detail and even if not all of us studied law all the information provided was clear. Not only we have gained more knowledge but she was assisting us with any questions that we had even outside of seminar hours. As a Corporate Administrator myself I would recommend this seminar to anyone that is interested to become more professional and gain more knowledge when it comes to Cyprus corporate legal sector. I recently attended a 40-hour seminar on Company Law, and it was excellent. The sessions were very informative and well-organized! Androulla Poutziouris, who led the seminar, was outstanding :) !! Παρακολούθησα τη σειρά μαθημάτων προετοιμασίας για τις Γραπτές Εξετάσεις Επαγγελματικής Ικανότητας Συμβούλων Αφερεγγυότητας στο ELTC και είμαι εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένος από την εμπειρία μου. Συγκεκριμένα, το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό ήταν άριστης ποιότητας, καλύπτοντας λεπτομερώς όλες τις θεματικές ενότητες που απαιτούνται για την προετοιμασία των εξετάσεων. Οι σημειώσεις ήταν εξαιρετικά κατανοητές και πλήρως ενημερωμένες, παρέχοντας μια ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα των θεμάτων. A very helpful seminar, helped me learn new things about corporate law and fill-in the gaps of my 15 years of experience. I heard of new practices and gave me ideas and knowledge for the future. Georgia Onoufriou was a very pleasant speaker, with a high level of knowledge and a great ability to pass the knowledge to us along with lots and lots of supporting documents around the subject. Η κα. Γεωργία - διδάκτωρ του σεμιναρίου, ήταν αρκετά επεξηγηματική, φαίνεται ότι γνωρίζει το αντικείμενο, όχι μόνο στη θεωρία, αλλά και στην πράξη, καθώς από την εμπειρία της ήταν σε θέση να δώσει παραδείγματα, να μας τονίσει σημεία στα οποία ενδεχομένως να αντιμετωπίσουμε δυσκολίες, σημεία τα οποία πρέπει να δώσουμε προσοχή για να αποφευχθούν καθυστερήσεις και λάθη και γενικότερα ήταν αρκετά φιλική και επαγγελματίας. Η ύλη ήταν αρκετά χρήσιμη και στοχευμένη και απέκτησα πολλές γνώσεις. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
