Sofia is a qualified lawyer with over a decade of experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Southampton and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol. She was called to the Cyprus Bar in 2015. Throughout her career, Sofia has advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, including share purchases, shareholder agreements, financing deals, and corporate governance matters. She regularly supports clients in complex transactions involving Cypriot entities and provides practical legal insights on structuring and compliance.
