Before founding PHILARIST Consulting, Philippos was a Partner at Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, one of Cyprus leading law firms. During his career, he also served as Head of Taxation and Deputy Head of the Human Resources Lawyers Committee, advising multinational corporations, financial institutions and international investors while contributing to leadership development, talent management and organisational strategy.
Today, he designs and delivers HRDA and CBA-accredited executive education programmes exclusively for law firms, focusing on the commercial, strategic and leadership challenges facing the modern legal profession. His programmes combine international best practices with practical implementation, equipping lawyers and legal organisations with immediately applicable tools to improve performance, strengthen client relationships and drive sustainable growth.
Philippos is an HRDA Vital Trainer, an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach, and a designer and architect of CBA-accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes for law firms. He is also a TEDx Speaker and is represented internationally by the London Speaker Bureau, delivering keynote presentations and executive education programmes for law firms, professional organisations, universities and leadership conferences.
