Constantina is a Partner in the Litigation department of MICHAEL KYPRIANOU & CO LLC firm.

Constantina, is regularly instructed to act in complex cross-border, multi-jurisdictional cases involving asset tracing and recovery, commercial litigation, corporate disputes involving shareholder disputes, corporate fraud and white collar criminal cases. She is regularly instructed to represent clients in injunction proceedings in high-profile disputes, often with a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional element. 

She is also involved in cases seeking the recognition, registration and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards on behalf of foreign international companies and organizations in Cyprus. 

Further, she specialises in professional negligence matters, including medical negligence cases.

Constantina, is recommended in legal directories of international standing for her practice, such as the Legal 500 EMEA and Lexology. 

She currently serves as Secretary of the Committee on Civil Procedure Rules and Reform of the Cyprus Bar Association.
