Christiana is a practicing lawyer andthe founder of Konstantinidou LLC, a boutique firm advising on corporate,commercial, and financial services law. Her background combines privatepractice at leading law firms with in-house experience in the financialservices industry. Her work covers transactional matters, the licensing andongoing legal and compliance needs of regulated entities, and advisingcompanies and startups on structuring and regulatory requirements.
She holds an LLB in Law from theUniversity of Leicester, an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary Universityof London, and is a member of the Limassol Bar Association. She is alsocertified under the CySEC Advanced Framework and holds the InternationalCompliance Association's Anti-Money Laundering qualification.
At the European Legal Training Centre,she draws on this combined legal and financial background to deliver seminarson corporate law, financial regulation, and the legal dimensions of newtechnologies and AI.
