Το σεμινάριο αυτό παρέχει μια ενδελεχή εξέταση της διαδικασίας επαναφοράς εταιρείας στο μητρώο του Έφορου Εταιρειών στην Κύπρο, βασιζόμενο στις διατάξεις του περί Εταιρειών Νόμου Κεφ. 113. Αυτό το δίωρο σεμινάριο είναι σχεδιασμένο για νομικούς συμβούλους, δικηγόρους και επαγγελματίες στον τομέα της εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης που επιθυμούν να κατανοήσουν τις νομικές προυποθέσεις για την επαναφορά εταιρείας.

Το πρόγραμμα διαιρείται σε δύο ενότητες: η πρώτη εξετάζει το νομικό πλαίσιο και την προετοιμασία της απαιτούμενης αίτησης, ενώ η δεύτερη αφορά στην πρακτική υποβολή της αίτησης και τις νομικές προϋποθέσεις που απαιτούνται. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα μάθουν πώς να συντάσσουν και να υποβάλλουν επιτυχώς την αίτηση, ποια είναι τα κρίσιμα έγγραφα που χρειάζονται και πώς να αντιμετωπίσουν τυχόν λόγους απόρριψης.

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση αυτού του μαθήματος, οι συμμετέχοντες θα είναι σε θέση να:

Ερμηνεύουν τις διατάξεις του περί Εταιρειών Νόμου Κεφ. 113 που διέπουν την επαναφορά εταιρειών.

Μάθουν πώς να διαμορφώνουν και να συντάσσουν την αίτηση για υποβολή στο δικαστήριο.

Αναγνωρίζουν τα έγγραφα και τις πληροφορίες που πρέπει να ζητούν από τον πελάτη για την επαναφορά.

Κατανοούν τη διαδικασία υποβολής, τις νομικές προϋποθέσεις και τα τέλη που συνδέονται με την ολοκλήρωση της επαναφοράς.

Εξετάζουν τους συχνότερους λόγους απόρριψης της αίτησης και να μάθουν πώς να τους αντιμετωπίζουν αποτελεσματικά.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Georgia Onoufriou

Mrs. Georgia Onoufriou is a qualified lawyer in the Republic of Cyprus and holds an MSc in European Policy Law and Management from The Robert Gordon’s University of Scotland, an LLB from the University of London and a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Ethnikon Kapodistriako University in Athens. From 2005-2021, she worked for the Group of Companies Pagecorp, provider of global company, administrative, secretarial and other services which is connected to the law firm Patrikios Pavlou and Associates LLC. Since working at this firm, Georgia steadily worked her way through the company ranks and held the title of Head of Corporate Department and Data Protection Officer. She was tasked with the supervision of all Senior Administrators and managing client portfolios within the department. In addition to this challenging role, Georgia was further tasked with the corporate administration of companies, the drafting and execution of commercial contracts and creation of trust structures. Retention of clients, lead generation and drafting of legal opinions also make up an important part of her role.
